About Basic Health and Mobility
Basic Health and Mobility Service is dedicated to helping people with their quality of life. Our purpose is to help alleviate the hardships experienced due to the increasing demand on the current Ontario Health Care System. We were established September 2016 and are a local company with roots in the city of Thunder Bay in the province of Ontario.
Products and Services
We provide quick and efficient service to clients throughout Northwestern Ontario. We repair and service products as well as the installation of mobility products. We do porch lift service and moves, StairGlide repairs & installation, patient lift load testing as well as power wheelchair repairs. Some of the products we service and sell are from Drive Medical, Future Mobility, Magna Charge Batteries, Invacare Products, Nexus Walkers, Human Care Lifts, Ram Trus-T-Lift, VPL (Vertical Porch Life) products as well other mobility devices that include canes, crutches, assistive devices, hand railings, grab bars, and mobility aids.

"Just before the end of my shift, we got a call that someone who lived in my area was stranded, as the wheel on their mobile device was toast! We were informed that they would not be picked up by a city employee and we need to get them.
I followed the city worker to where the stranded person was and the city worker left. I find out that the gentleman had found the person stranded quite a distance from his home and then dragged him back to his home as their mobile device was un-usable. The only thing i could think of doing to get this person's device back to their home for them was to call someone who is absolutely reliable!
